Width Measurement
When you order drapes from Bel Red Shade, the width you provide is the finished width after pleats are made. This means that we will take into account the fullness and pleating style you choose to create the perfect look for your windows. Our high-quality linen-style drapes are crafted from polyester, providing the luxurious look and feel of natural linen fabric.

Whether you prefer a tailored pinch pleat, a classic goblet pleat, or a contemporary grommet style, the finished width will be adjusted accordingly. This ensures that your drapes have the right amount of fabric to create elegant draping and a visually pleasing appearance.

Length Measurement
At Bel Red Shade, we understand that every home is unique, and so are the measurements for your drapes. The length of your drapes is measured from the rod ring to the floor, taking into account where you want the drapes to be. This allows for a customized fit that complements the overall aesthetic of your room.

• Fabric swatches are not returnable.
• Misunderstood the image of the product.
• Items do not fit properly but were made accurately.
• Drapes are too heavy.
• Not the color you wanted.
• Change of mind / No longer wants it.
• Not the quality you wanted.
• Ordered the wrong item by mistake.
• Wrong size. Tolerance size within +/- 1 inch is treated as industry acceptable.
• Order come later than expected.
• Item were ordered by mistake.
• Color variation due to fabric dye lot that naturally occurs.
• Color variation due to adding a liner (compare lined drapes vs unlined).
• Shading rate is not expected.

In these conditions, we accept return at your shipping cost.
