Refund Policy

At Bel Red Shade, we strive to give you high quality products and an excellent user experience. That’s why we work hard to ensure you’re always 100% completely satisfied with your purchase so you never have to return it. However, in the unlikely event you need to, we’re ready to make it right! We also highly recommend that you order fabric swatches before ordering customized drapes to ensure color, texture, and pattern meet your expectations.

We cannot refund in the below:

  • Fabric swatches are not returnable.
  • Misunderstood the image of the product.
  • Items do not fit properly but were made accurately.
  • Drapes are too heavy.
  • Not the color you wanted.
  • Change mind/No longer want.
  • Not the quality you wanted.
  • Ordered the wrong item by mistake.
  • Wrong size. Tolerance size within +/- 1 inch is treated as industry acceptable.
  • Order arrived later than expected.
  • Item(s) were ordered by mistake.
  • Color variation due to fabric dye lot that naturally occurs.
  • Color variation due to adding a liner (compare lined drapes vs unlined).
  • Shading rate is not expected.

We will accept under these conditions

  • You received the wrong item (photo proof required).
  • The items were damaged (photo proof required).
    • All the packaging (outer and inner packaging) needs to be kept.
    • Photos of packaging are also required.
  • Wrong liner type used ( photo as proof are required to support).
  • Not as described (photo proof required).

Return Time Limit

If it is a problem with Bel Red Shade, we will refund your money unconditionally and you won’t have to pay anything. We have a 30-day return policy for legitimate reasons. Any requests past the 30-day limit may be rejected. Please ensure that you check the products as soon as you receive them.

Refund Limit

Once returned items are received, we will inspect to ensure the products remain in new and unused condition with the original tags and packaging. We can then offer either a full refund for the price of the product or repair and replace the product. We will notify you by e-mail of the action we decide to take. If you meet our return criteria and provide the above-mentioned product defect photos along with the shipping label, we will provide a refund for the full cost of your purchase immediately after we receive the return package. The refund will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 days.

  • Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
  • Prior purchases are not eligible for discount refunds.
  • We can’t offer to refund lost packages but we will send a replacement in the case the package is confirmed lost by the carrier.

Returns Made Easy

Do not mail back to the original address. The return address will be provided via email after submitting the request.
