Bel Red Shade can only ship to addresses within the continental US. We do not ship to AK, HI, P.O. Boxes, or APO addresses including any business addresses. Please be sure to provide an actual street address for delivery - orders submitted with a P.O. Box as the shipping address will not be processed but may still be charged and experience delayed shipping until corrected.

Shipping Method

Bel Red Shade chooses the shipping carrier according to destination country, package weight, etc. We work with FedEx, DHL and UPS which are highly reputable carriers to ensure smooth delivery. We can also provide door to door service in the Greater Seattle and Bellevue areas.

Please contact your local delivery service first when you do not receive the package.

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. Once the order has been shipped, the customer has received the tracking number and the order status has been updated to completed/shipped, the order cannot be canceled. Please note that you will be required to sign for your package. Refusal of delivery after the package has shipped from Bel Red Shade due to force majeure, please refer to the Refund Policy and pay for the original shipping fee. —— Does this mean natural disasters and stuff? If the delivery company miss you, you have the responsibility to contact them for re-dispatch for you. And we don’t take the responsibility for extra fee which cause for re-dispatch or returning. When the goods delivered, please check whether it is in a good condition or not.
